Facilities Maintenance Technician 1

Starting pay rate $18/Hour- Use our Daily Pay benefit and get access to your pay as you need it.We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician 1 to join our dynamic Resort Operations team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining the resort's facilities, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. This position offers a variety of responsibilities, including preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and responding to guest requests with efficiency and professionalism.As the Facilities Maintenance Technician 1, you will:Execute engineering projects as assigned by resort leadership, ensuring timely and efficient completion.Perform preventive maintenance tasks to maintain the optimal functionality of resort facilities and equipment.Complete basic maintenance tasks, including painting, caulking, and repairing wall damage.Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues related to toilets, tubs, jacuzzis, showers, faucets, and sinks.Reset circuit breakers and GFCIs, replace bulbs, and measure voltage using appropriate tools.Install, replace, and troubleshoot TVs, remotes, and other electronics to ensure proper operation.Diagnose and repair appliances, replace minor components, and assist with full appliance replacements as necessary.Actively engage in procurement and inventory management to ensure that materials and tools are always available.Utilize resort operations devices and software (e.g., HotSOS) efficiently for reporting and communication.Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines, proactively identifying and addressing potential hazards.Take on additional tasks as assigned by management to enhance the overall guest experience and resort operations.
